'Strength lies in those who know how to fold without breaking. In every fold, new beauty and depth are born.'
OriKami – My name, my philosophy

We are taught that strength means being upright, resistant, untouchable.
But the truth is different.
Strength lies in those who know how to fold — without breaking.
In those who bend under the weight of responsibilities, love, and fears, and yet, with every new fold, create a more beautiful form than before.
Like a sheet of paper that passes through pain and pressure, a person learns that every fold is not weakness — but transformation.
Each fold brings new depth, a new perspective, and new beauty.

'OriKami' carries my name within it.
In Japanese, 'ori' means folding, and 'kami' means paper - but also spirit, something that does not break. Between these two words, this idea was born: of paper that endures and a spirit that does not give up.
Within these two words, I found the human being - the part that folds and the part that remains upright. The part that does not forget the light, even when bent.
And when you look at all the folds, you realize that it is precisely those that left a mark that transformed the paper - into form.
And the human being - into wholeness.
